A general outline of the draft format:
- This will be a slow draft. Every draft choice will have an 8 HOUR timer so owners can really think about their selection, shop their pick, etc.
- The draft will begin the Saturday following the NFL Draft. If we have scheduling issues, we’ll figure out how to work around them.
- I’ll plan on running the draft pick timer from roughly 9AM EST every morning until around 10PM EST. This is to ensure someone doesn’t feel pressure making their selection too quickly or something if the timer ends at say 4AM. This will be pretty lenient and I’ll back out any accidental auto picks. If someone is really milking the clock, I’ll give a 30 minute warning to make up your mind.
